My name is Carlo, I am Swiss-Italian and my greatest passion is food. I started cooking for my whole family when I was 12 and since then I have never stopped. Cooking is my life, it’s what makes me happy and what gives me the greatest satisfaction.
I went vegan in January 2017 for two main reasons: my love for animals and for the Earth in which we live on. This change led me to replace all the animal-derived ingredients with plant-based alternatives and, therefore, to experiment with foods that I had never used before. At first I was skeptical, I didn’t think that vegan food could be as good as the traditional one but guess what…? I was wrong! A vegan dish can be just as delicious or even better!
My dishes are strongly influenced by Italian Cuisine. In fact, I grew up in a Swiss village on the border with Italy and at home we ate pasta or ravioli at least once a day! So if you love Italian food you just found the blog you need to follow :P!
