- 3 tablespoon sweet curry powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 handful of fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 600 g seitan
For the marinade, combine curry powder, paprika, garlic powder, maple syrup, salt, rosemary, and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
Add the seitan chunks to the marinade and mix well until they are coated. Place them in an airtight container and let them rest in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, or ideally overnight.
Skewer the marinated seitan evenly onto 4 kabobs.
Place the kabobs on the hot grill and grill for 6-7 minutes, flipping them once halfway through cooking.
