- 500 g silken tofu
- 80 g dark chocolate melted in a water bath
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy.
Divide the pudding mixture into 4 ramekins.
Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
Let rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
