Spicy Ramen with Vegetables

"This spicy ramen recipe is a winner, my whole family loved it and it's so easy to make! This is definitely a keeper!"

Ingredients

– Ramen noodles – Red pepper – Portobello mushrooms – Carrots  – Broccoli – Dark soy sauce – Light soy sauce – Vegan oyster sauce – Spicy chili sauce – Spring onions – Sesame seeds

Cook the ramen

First, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and then cook ramen al dente. Next drain and rinse them briefly with cold water. Set them aside.

Roast the veggies

Heat oil in a pan, add pepper, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli and sauté briefly.

Add in ramen

Then add the noodles, soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce and a little water. Mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes more.

Top with scallions

Top ramen with scallions and sesame seeds (or even sesame oil) and serve immediately.

Serve the spicy ramen straight away and enjoy. If you want them to be even spicier add more spicy oil on top.
