  • 200 g cashew or macadamia nuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2.5 tbsp nutritional yeast


  • Place all the ingredients in a food-processor and process until the nuts start releasing its oil.
  • Place in a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
