Vegan Ice-Cream Sandwich with Banana-Vanilla Ice-Cream

  • 4 bananas cut into thick slices frozen
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 dash of soy milk
  • 2 cups of Alver chocolate protein granola
  • 8 strawberries (optional) for serving


  • Place bananas, vanilla, and milk in a food-processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Take a clean 15x20 cm (6x8 inches) baking dish and layer it with baking paper.
  • Add 1 cup of granola and make an even layer.
  • Scott the ice cream on top and spread evenly.
  • Add another layer of granola, cover and set in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  • Then take it out of the form, and cut it into 8 squares.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
