Vital wheat gluten powder
Spices: dried onion & garlic, paprika, salt & pepper
Tahini or olive oil
Place all the ingredients in a food-processor and pulse unil combined.
Blend until the ingredients form a mixture with the same consistency as ground beef.
Form the mixture into a log. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add the roast and brush it with mustard.
Heat oil over medium to high heat. Brush the roast with mustard and roast on all sides until browned.
Cover with broth and allow to simmer for 1 hour on low heat. Add little broth from time to time
Slice and serve right away with any side dish of your liking.
