Benutze keinen d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssigen Frischk\u00e4se oder der K\u00e4sekuchen wird seine Form nicht behalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vegane Schlagsahne<\/strong>: Ich verwende vegane Schlagsahne, die sich gut aufschlagen l\u00e4sst. Wenn das nicht der Fall ist, kannst du auch Schlagsahne-Stabilisator verwenden. Wenn sie zu d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssig sind, hast du zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten. Erstens kannst du 150 Gramm geschmolzenes, raffiniertes Kokos\u00f6l zu der Frischk\u00e4se-K\u00fcrbis-Mischung geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternativ kannst du den Frischk\u00e4se und das K\u00fcrbisp\u00fcree auch abtropfen lassen, bis sie sch\u00f6n cremig werden. Dazu gibst du je in ein Seihtuch und l\u00e4sst sie abtropfen, bis sie dickfl\u00fcssig sind.
