Sie sind schmackhaft und deftig, aber enthalten auch viele Vitamine und Mineralien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies ist ein traditionelles Rezept aus meiner Heimat: Das Val Poschiavo. Du kannst nat\u00fcrlich auch gefrorenen Spinat verwenden. Die Spinatmenge \u00e4ndert sich nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wie mache ich die Capunet?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der erste Schritt besteht darin, den Spinat kurz in kochendem Salzwasser zu kochen, ihn gut abtropfen und in einer K\u00fcchenmaschine mixen bis eine cremig Masse entsteht. Dann gibst du die trockenen Zutaten in die Spinat-Mischung hinzu und mischst sie bis ein klebriger Teig entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hinweis: Der Teig MUSS klebrig und weich sein.
