Sie hat einen hohen Fettgehalt und macht die Puddingcreme besonders cremig und lecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls du den Geschmack von Kokosmilch nicht magst, kannst du sie durch jede beliebige Pflanzenmilch ersetzen. Achte nur darauf, dass du eine fettreiche, unges\u00fcsste Pflanzenmilch verwendest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"kurkuma-vs-safran\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurkuma vs. Safran<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dem Pudding etwas Farbe zu geben, f\u00fcgen wir eine Prise Kurkuma oder Safran hinzu. Ich pers\u00f6nlich bevorzuge Safran, weil er die Creme goldgelb f\u00e4rbt. Kurkuma funktioniert auch, gibt aber eine etwas weniger leuchtende Farbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei Safran musst du allerdings aufpassen, dass du nicht zu viel davon hinzugibst, denn er hat einen stechenden Geschmack und du willst nicht, dass die Puddingcreme nach Safran schmeckt. Daf\u00fcr geben wir Mehl, Zucker, Salz und Backpulver in eine Sch\u00fcssel und vermischen das Ganze gut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann f\u00fcgen wir Wasser und Kokos\u00f6l hinzu und kneten kurz, bis wir einen Teig erhalten (er muss nicht perfekt glatt sein). Dann wickeln wir ihn in Frischhaltefolie und stellen ihn f\u00fcr 30 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denk daran: Je mehr du den Teig knetest, desto mehr Gluten entwickelt sich und macht den Teig z\u00e4h! Danach geben wir die Creme in eine Sch\u00fcssel und lassen sie vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen. Kuchen formen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zuerst nehmen wir den Teig aus dem K\u00fchlschrank und teilen ihn in zwei St\u00fccke. Das eine etwas gr\u00f6sser als das andere. Auf einer leicht bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che rollen wir das gr\u00f6ssere St\u00fcck zu einem 3 mm dicken Kreis aus, der gross genug ist, um den Boden und die Seiten der Kuchenform auszukleiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann legen wir den Teig in die mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kuchenform und dr\u00fccken ihn mit den Fingerspitzen an, damit er am Boden und an den Seiten der Form haftet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann geben wir die Puddingcreme dazu und streichen sie glatt. Als N\u00e4chstes rollen wir den zweiten Teig so aus so, dass er die Oberseite des Kuchens bedeckt. Wir legen den Teig auf der Puddingcreme, schneiden den \u00fcbersch\u00fcssigen Teig an den R\u00e4ndern ab und <em>voil\u00e1<\/em>, unsere Torta della Nonna ist bereit zum gebacken
