Wenn es hei\u00df ist, die Senfsamen hinzugeben und ein paar Sekunden anr\u00f6sten. Dann die Knoblauch-Ingwer-Paste, Chili- und Kreuzk\u00fcmmelsamen hinzugeben und ein paar Sekunden lang anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und die Linsen mit Spinat mit Basmatireis, Roti oder Naan servieren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"zutaten-ersetzen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten ersetzen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Zutaten ersetzen musst, erkl\u00e4re ich dir weiter unten, wie du das machst und welche Zutaten du ersetzen kannst, ohne dass sich der Geschmack des Rezepts radikal \u00e4ndert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"feast-feature\">\n<li><strong>Mung dal (oder moong dal)<\/strong> - kann durch toor dal\/arhar dal (Taubenerbsen), masoor dal (rote Linsen), chana dal (\"gespaltene Kichererbsen\") oder gr\u00fcne\/braune Linsen ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pflanzen\u00f6l<\/strong> - kann durch veganes Ghee ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spinat<\/strong> - die Spinatbl\u00e4tter k\u00f6nnen durch frischen Mangold oder Gr\u00fcnkohl ersetzt werden. Du kannst auch gefrorenen Spinat verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gr\u00fcne Chilis<\/strong> - k\u00f6nnen durch rote Chilis ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"rezept-varianten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Rezept-Varianten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Unterschiede ergeben sich aus der Art der Linsen\/Bohnen, die verwendet werden. Linsen wie Mung dal, Toor dal, Masoor dal oder Chana dal werden eher zu einem P\u00fcree, w\u00e4hrend gr\u00fcne oder braune Linsen die Textur des Gerichts interessanter machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weitere Variationen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"feast-feature\">\n<li><strong>Scharf<\/strong> - f\u00fcge Chiliflocken zusammen mit den anderen Gew\u00fcrzen hinzu, wenn du das aromatische \u00d6l machst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kinderfreundlich<\/strong> - lass die Chiliflocken weg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leicht - f\u00fcge mehr Spinat hinzu, um ein leichteres und dennoch leckeres Gericht zu erhalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomaten<\/strong> - Eine Variante dieses Rezepts sieht die Zugabe von Tomaten vor. Wenn du die Linsen schneller kochen willst, kannst du einen <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/489qghZ\">Schnellkochtopf<\/a> verwenden (wie oben beschrieben).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"aufbewahren\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Aufbewahren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste k\u00f6nnen bis zu 3-4 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternativ kannst du das Dal auch in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter geben und im Gefrierschrank f\u00fcr 2-3 Monate aufbewahren. Wenn du es essen m\u00f6chtest, lass es 24 Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen, bevor du es in einer Pfanne wieder aufw\u00e4rmst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"beilage\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beilage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Gericht wird traditionell mit <em>Rotis<\/em> oder Reis serviert. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du es nat\u00fcrlich auch mit <em>Naan<\/em> servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"im-voraus-zubereiten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\" >Im Voraus Zubereiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Dal kann im Voraus zubereitet werden. Bereite es wie in der Rezeptkarte unten beschrieben zu und lass es dann vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen.
