Die folgenden Zutaten k\u00f6nnen aber ersetzt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"feast-feature\">\n<li><strong>Korianderbl\u00e4tter<\/strong> - anstelle von Koriander kannst du auch Petersilie verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gr\u00fcne Chilischoten<\/strong> - verwende Chilipulver oder lass sie weg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zitronensaft<\/strong> - du kannst auch Limettensaft verwenden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kichererbsen aus der Dose<\/strong> - verwende stattdessen getrocknete Kichererbsen. Weiche sie \u00fcber Nacht in Wasser ein. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag sp\u00fclst du sie ab, l\u00e4sst sie abtropfen und gibst sie in einen grossen Topf mit Salzwasser. Gib 1 Teel\u00f6ffel Natron hinzu und lass sie 30 Minuten lang bei mittlerer bis niedriger Hitze kochen. Koche sie nicht zu lange, sonst fallen sie auseinander. Sie sollen noch Biss haben, wenn du sie abgiesst.
