Der gibt dem Wellington eine tolle S\u00e4ure und W\u00fcrze, die es richtig lecker macht.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Petersilie<\/strong>: Die mische ich in die Pilzpaste f\u00fcr eine frische Note und um den Geschmack auszubalancieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Marsala<\/strong> <strong>oder Weisswein<\/strong>: Der kommt auch in die Pilzpaste f\u00fcr extra Geschmack und einen richtigen Kick. Beachte, dass die Textur komplett anders sein wird, aber es ist trotzdem super lecker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%84-ausruestung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd44 Ausr\u00fcstung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses Rezept benutze ich nur eine K\u00fcchenmaschine und eine Pfanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>K\u00fcchenmaschine<\/strong>: Ich benutze sie, um die Pilzpaste herzustellen, insbesondere um die Pilze fein zu zerkleinern. Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du auch ein Messer verwenden, aber achte darauf, sie fein zu hacken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pfanne<\/strong>: Ich benutze eine Gusseisenpfanne, um die Zwiebel zu karamellisieren und dann die Pilzpaste zu r\u00f6sten. Dann die gehackten Pilze hinzuf\u00fcgen und weitere 10 Minuten bei hoher Hitze kochen.
