Aber es wird traditionell mit Fischsauce und\/oder Fischpaste zubereitet. Wenn du gekauftes Kimchi verwenden m\u00f6chtest, empfehle ich dir daher, nach einer veganen Variante zu suchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du es selbst zubereiten m\u00f6chtest (was ich dir auf jeden Fall empfehle), rate ich dir, dem Rezept von The Korean Vegan zu folgen. Ich mache Kimchi nach ihrem Rezept und es ist immer ein Hit! Da dieses Rezept vegan ist, ersetzen wir diese durch Hirseflocken und Allzweckmehl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hirseflocken sind k\u00f6stlich und der perfekte Ersatz f\u00fcr Eier. Denn, wenn sie gekocht sind, haben sie eine sehr \u00e4hnliche Farbe und Konsistenz wie Eier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du m\u00f6chtest, kannst du die Flocken zu Pulver p\u00fcrieren (die Pancakes gehen so weniger kaputt beim Wenden). W\u00e4hrend Mehl nicht glutenfrei ist, sind es die Hirseflocken schon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um glutenfreie Pfannkuchen zu zaubern, m\u00fcssen wir also einfach das Weissmehl weglassen und ausschliesslich Hirseflocken verwenden. Sobald es heiss ist, geben wir eine Kelle der Mischung hinein und formen sie zu einem Pfannkuchen. Nach 1-2 Minuten wenden wir den Pfannkuchen und braten ihn f\u00fcr weitere 30 Sekunden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann nehmen wir den Pfannkuchen aus der Pfanne und legen ihn auf einen mit K\u00fcchenpapier ausgelegten Teller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wiederholen den Vorgang mit dem Rest der Mischung.
