Da dieses Rezept komplett vegan ist, verwenden wir kein Hackfleisch, stattdessen benutzen wir entweder gehackte Champignons oder Linsen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beide Varianten ergeben eine k\u00f6stliche Bolognese. Der einzige Unterschied besteht darin, dass die <a href=\"https:\/\/carlocao.com\/de\/vegane-linsen-bolognese-traditionelles-italienisches-rezept\/\">Linsenbolognese<\/a> etwas einfacher und schneller zuzubereiten ist, w\u00e4hrend die <a href=\"https:\/\/carlocao.com\/de\/das-beste-pilzragout-selber-machen\/\">Pilzbolognese<\/a> etwas m\u00fchsamer ist (weil die Pilze geschnitten werden m\u00fcssen), daf\u00fcr aber auch etwas schmackhafter ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hle die Variante, die du lieber magst. Wir ersetzen Kuhmilch durch Sojamilch (achte darauf, dass du unges\u00fcsste Sojamilch verwendest!) und Kuhbutter durch Pflanzenbutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Rezept ist dasselbe wie das traditionelle: Wir schmelzen die Butter, f\u00fcgen das Mehl hinzu und vermischen es gut. Nach und nach r\u00fchren wir die Milch ein und bringen die Mischung unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren zum Kochen. Wir beginnen damit, eine gleichm\u00e4ssige Schicht Bolognesesauce auf dem Boden einer Auflaufform zu verteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann legen wir eine Schicht Nudelbl\u00e4tter darauf.
