Blumenkohl kann in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter im K\u00fchlschrank f\u00fcr 2-3 Tage aufbewahrt werden. Zum Aufw\u00e4rmen gibst du ihn f\u00fcr 10 Minuten bei 180\u00b0C in den vorgeheizten Backofen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Falls du etwas Sauce \u00fcbrig hast, kannst du sie entweder im K\u00fchlschrank oder im Gefrierfach aufbewahren, je nachdem, wie lange du sie aufbewahren willst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du sie 2-3 Tage aufbewahren willst, f\u00fclle sie in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter und bewahre sie im K\u00fchlschrank auf.
