Deshalb m\u00f6chte ich im Folgenden erkl\u00e4ren, wie man bestimmte Zutaten ersetzt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kokosnussmilch<\/strong>: Wir verwenden Kokosmilch, weil sie einen hohen Fettgehalt hat und uns deshalb eine cremige Cr\u00e8me Brulee mit einer puddingartigen Konsistenz erm\u00f6glicht. Kokosmilch kann durch pflanzliche Sahne oder 80 g Cashews, die mit 220 ml Wasser p\u00fcriert werden, ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Maisst\u00e4rke<\/strong>: Maisst\u00e4rke hat in diesem Rezept nur eine Aufgabe: die Creme Brulee vegan zu stabilisieren. Du kannst diese Zutat durch Agar-Agar-Pulver oder die gleiche Menge Tapiokamehl ersetzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Zucker<\/strong>: Zucker wird verwendet, um die Cr\u00e8me Brulee zu s\u00fcssen und die f\u00fcr dieses Dessert charakteristische Karamellschicht zu erzeugen. Dann f\u00fcgen wir die H\u00e4lfte der Pflanzenmilch hinzu und r\u00fchren, bis wir eine klumpenfreie Mischung haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als N\u00e4chstes f\u00fcgen wir die restliche Pflanzenmilch und die Kokosmilch hinzu und verr\u00fchren alles gr\u00fcndlich. Heize den Ofen auf 250 \u00b0C vor.
