Die einzige \u00c4nderung besteht darin, dass die Bolognese mit roten Linsen zubereitet wird (die das Hackfleisch ersetzen) und die Pappardelle ohne Eier hergestellt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Endergebnis ist ein k\u00f6stliches Gericht, das jeder lieben wird!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bevor du dich in die K\u00fcche st\u00fcrzt, um dieses Gericht zuzubereiten, empfehle ich dir, diesen Blog-Beitrag aufmerksam zu lesen. In unserem Fall verwenden wir nur Mehl und Wasser (dem wir etwas Safran f\u00fcr die Farbe hinzuf\u00fcgen).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Folgenden erkl\u00e4re ich Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt, wie man Pappardelle herstellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"schritt-1-den-teig-zubereiten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schritt 1: Den Teig zubereiten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um Pappardelle zuzubereiten, richten wir das Mehl zun\u00e4chst in Form eines Vulkans an. id=\"schritt-2-teg-ausrollen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schritt 2: Teg ausrollen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald der Teig elastisch und frei von Klumpen ist, k\u00f6nnen wir ihn mit einem Nudelholz oder einer Nudelmaschine ausrollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit der Teig nicht klebt, empfehle ich, den Teig mit Reismehl zu best\u00e4uben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wichtig ist, Teigbl\u00e4tter zu formen welche 20 cm Pappardelle kochen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir bringen einen grossen Topf mit Salzwasser zum Kochen, geben die Pappardelle hinein und kochen sie 1 Minute lang. Dann giessen wir sie ab und stellen eine halbe Tasse des Kochwassers beiseite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als n\u00e4chstes geben wir die Pappardelle und das Kochwasser zur Bolognese und vermischen alles gut. Zum Schluss k\u00f6nnen wir die Pappardelle mit etwas veganem K\u00e4se und einigen frischen Basilikumbl\u00e4ttern servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"nudeln-mit-bolognese-aufbewahren\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nudeln mit Bolognese aufbewahren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du Papaprdelle mit Bolognese \u00fcbrig hast, wirf sie nicht weg.
