Ausserdem ist sie super vielseitig, denn du kannst sie f\u00fcr Lasagne verwenden oder mit jeder Art von Pasta servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Immer wenn ich sie mache, verdopple ich das Rezept und friere einen Teil ein. So ist sie immer bereit, wenn ich keine Zeit zum Kochen habe. Die meisten davon hast du wahrscheinlich bereits in deiner K\u00fcche. Lass uns gemeinsam einen Blick auf die wichtigsten Zutaten f\u00fcr dieses Rezept werfen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rote oder gr\u00fcne Linsen<\/strong>: F\u00fcr diese vegane Bolognese verwende ich gerne rote oder gr\u00fcne Linsen. Rote Linsen neigen dazu, nach dem Kochen eine weichere Textur zu haben, w\u00e4hrend gr\u00fcne Linsen leicht al dente bleiben. Ich wechsle gerne zwischen ihnen; der Kochprozess bleibt gleich. Das einzige Unterschied ist, dass Gr\u00fcne Linsen vor dem Kochen 30 Minuten in kochendem Wasser einweichen m\u00fcssen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gesch\u00e4lte Tomaten aus der Dose<\/strong>: Ich verwende italienische Tomaten aus der Dose, weil sie am geschmackvollsten sind. Wenn du sie nicht finden kannst, verwende einfach jede Art von Dosentomaten, die du findest; das Ergebnis wird trotzdem lecker sein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tomatenmark<\/strong>: Ich verwende es, weil es der Bolognese eine umami-Note verleiht und sie super geschmackvoll macht. Meiner Meinung nach ist es der Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr eine k\u00f6stliche Bolognese.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rotwein<\/strong>: Ich verwende einen kr\u00e4ftigen Rotwein. Er verleiht der Bolognese Geschmack und gibt ihr eine intensive Farbe. Die roten Linsen dazugeben und 2 Minuten bei hoher Hitze anbraten. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und vermischen. Auf niedriger bis mittlerer Hitze, mit halb aufgelegtem Deckel, etwa 1 Stunde k\u00f6cheln lassen. Die Bolognese ist fertig, sobald die Linsen weich sind und die Sauce dick und cremig ist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Expertentipp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst dieses Rezept mit jeder Art von Linsen zubereiten. Rote Linsen sind die einzigen, die du nicht einweichen musst. Stattdessen m\u00fcssen gr\u00fcne, braune oder schwarze Linsen eingeweicht werden. Du kannst sie \u00fcber Nacht in kaltem Wasser einweichen oder f\u00fcr 30 Minuten in kochendem Wasser einweichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich solltest du w\u00e4hrend des Kochens der Bolognese alle 20 Minuten umr\u00fchren und einen Schuss Wasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, wenn du sie zu trocken findest. Je nach den verwendeten Linsen wird die Bolognese mehr oder weniger Fl\u00fcssigkeit aufnehmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-top-tipp\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Top-Tipp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle, das Rezept zu verdoppeln. Auf diese Weise kannst du einen Teil der Bolognese einfrieren und an einem anderen Tag verwenden. Um sie einzufrieren, lass sie komplett abk\u00fchlen, und sobald sie abgek\u00fchlt ist, kannst du sie entweder vakuumversiegeln, wenn du einen Vakuumierer hast, oder in einen luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter geben und f\u00fcr 1-2 Monate einfrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du sie kochen m\u00f6chtest, nimm sie einfach am Abend vorher aus dem Gefrierschrank und lass sie \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen. Dann erw\u00e4rme sie in einem Topf und serviere sie nach Belieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%91-variationen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd51 Variationen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier sind meine Lieblingsvariationen der Linsenbolognese:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Scharfe Linsen-Bolognese<\/strong>: F\u00fcge der Bolognese 1 oder 2 gehackte rote Chilis hinzu, um sie extra w\u00fcrzig zu machen. Passe die Menge der Chilis nach deinem Geschmack an.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kr\u00e4uter Linsen-Bolognese:<\/strong> Um der Bolognese zus\u00e4tzlichen Geschmack zu verleihen, kannst du 1 Essl\u00f6ffel Kr\u00e4uter wie frischen Oregano, Rosmarin, Salbei oder Thymian hinzuf\u00fcgen. Ich mache das immer im Sommer, wenn die Kr\u00e4uter in meinem Garten bereit sind.
