Hier sind die wichtigsten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Weizenglutenpulver<\/strong>: Das ist das Geheimnis, um vegane Spareribs mit einer Textur wie bei den traditionellen zu zubereiten. Es kommt in Pulverform und ist mittlerweile einfach im Supermarkt oder online zu bekommen. Mir gef\u00e4llt besonders, dass es proteinreich und kalorienarm ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsen aus der Dose<\/strong>: Diese Rippen bestehen haupts\u00e4chlich aus Weizenglutenpulver und Kichererbsen. Die Kichererbsen machen sie sch\u00f6n zart. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong>: Damit die Rippen richtig lecker werden, brauchen wir Gew\u00fcrze. Falls du jedoch eine Zutat ersetzen musst, hier sind ein paar Tipps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsen aus der Dose<\/strong>: Du kannst sie durch jede Art von Dosenbohnen ersetzen, die du magst.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver<\/strong>: Du kannst stattdessen 2-3 Tropfen fl\u00fcssigen Rauch verwenden oder es einfach weglassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%84-ausruestung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd44 Ausr\u00fcstung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um dieses Rezept zuzubereiten, ben\u00f6tigen wir lediglich eine K\u00fcchenmaschine, einen Topf und eine Pfanne. Wir verwenden die K\u00fcchenmaschine, um eine Kichererbsenp\u00fcree herzustellen, zu der wir dann Glutenpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen, um das Seitan zu formen. Anschliessend formen wir die vegane Rippen und garen sie in Br\u00fche, bevor wir sie schliesslich in einer Pfanne anbraten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a3-zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, sind diese veganen Spareribs unglaublich einfach zuzubereiten. Von Anfang bis Ende ben\u00f6tigen wir nur etwa 90 Minuten! F\u00fcr 2 Minuten kneten, bis er elastisch und glatt ist. Zwei \"Rippen Reihen\" formen, indem man drei davon \u00fcberlappt. Die Rippen hinzuf\u00fcgen und f\u00fcr 1 Stunde k\u00f6cheln lassen, dabei alle 20 Minuten wenden. Sobald sie gar sind, aus der Br\u00fche nehmen und f\u00fcr 15 Minuten ruhen lassen.
