Dank der Ruhezeit trocknen sie an der Oberfl\u00e4che leicht aus und behalten w\u00e4hrend und nach dem Kochen ihre Form. Dieser Schritt ist notwendig, weil im Teig keine Eier enthalten sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich rate davon ab, die Gnocchi sofort nach dem Formen zu kochen. Das k\u00f6nnte dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Gnocchi zusammenkleben! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Gegenteil, wenn du sie zu lange an der Luft l\u00e4sst, kann sich eine \u00fcberm\u00e4ssige Kruste bilden, das Innere kocht nicht richtig und der Teig wird dunkel und hart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gnocchi-kochen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gnocchi kochen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Frische Gnocchi zu kochen ist sehr einfach. Gib sie in kochendes Salzwasser und koche sie, bis sie an die Oberfl\u00e4che kommen. Dann frierst du sie ein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald sie gefroren sind, kannst du sie in einen Gefrierbeutel geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"gefrorene-gnocchi-kochen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gefrorene gnocchi kochen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die gefrorenen Gnocchi kochen willst, gib sie einfach in kochendes Salzwasser, wenn sie noch gefroren sind.
