Du bekommst es mittlerweile in vielen Superm\u00e4rkten oder L\u00e4den, die sich auf vegetarische und vegane Produkte spezialisiert haben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rote Beete<\/strong>: Ich verwende sie, um dem Seitan-Filet eine realistische Farbe zu verleihen. Am besten nimmst du frische, nicht vorgekochte Rote Beete, um eine Farbe wie bei einem traditionellen Filet zu bekommen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Champignons<\/strong>: Mit den Pilzen bereite ich die Duxelles, eine leckere Pilzpaste, die das Wellington noch k\u00f6stlicher macht.
