Wir verwenden sie n\u00e4mlich zuerst, um ein P\u00fcree aus wei\u00dfen Bohnen zuzubereiten, dem wir dann das Weizenglutenpulver hinzuf\u00fcgen, um unser veganes H\u00fchnchen herzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du keine K\u00fcchenmaschine hast, kannst du das P\u00fcree auch mit einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsmixer zubereiten und den Teig anschlie\u00dfend von Hand kneten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a5%a3-zubereitung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\udd63 Zubereitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, ist dieses Rezept unglaublich einfach zuzubereiten. Anschliessend aus dem Wasser nehmen und mindestens 4 Stunden abk\u00fchlen lassen, idealerweise \u00fcber Nacht. Sobald es abgek\u00fchlt ist, in kleine Streifen reissen und nach Belieben verwenden oder f\u00fcr sp\u00e4ter einfrieren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Expertentipp<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Der wichtigste ist, die Bohnen vollst\u00e4ndig zu p\u00fcrieren. Es sollten keine K\u00f6rnchen mehr vorhanden sein, wenn du das Weizengluten hinzuf\u00fcgst, sonst wird das Chicken eine k\u00f6rnige Konsistenz haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ausserdem solltest du das vegane H\u00e4hnchen nach dem Kochen vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen und \u00fcber Nacht in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen, bevor du es in Streifen reisst. So l\u00e4sst es sich leichter zerreissen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-top-tipp\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udcad Top-Tipp<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses vegane Chicken kann genauso wie ein herk\u00f6mmliches verwendet werden. Erw\u00e4rme es in einer Pfanne mit einem Tropfen \u00d6l und serviere es mit deiner Lieblingssauce. Du kannst es auch zum Belegen von Sandwiches oder zum Zubereiten von Eint\u00f6pfen, Spiessen usw. verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich pers\u00f6nlich verdopple das Rezept immer und friere die H\u00e4lfte davon f\u00fcr den sp\u00e4teren Gebrauch ein.
