Im Rezept (am Ende der Seite) wirst du sehen, dass ich Trockenhefe verwendet habe. Ich empfehle die zweite Option. Auf diese Weise geht der Teig \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank langsam auf. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses langsame Aufgehen macht den Teig schmackhafter und luftiger und somit unseren Zopf noch leckerer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nusspaste schmeckt \u00fcbrigens auch besser, wenn du sie \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du es aber vorziehst, den Zopf am selben Tag zu zubereiten und zu backen, kannst du das problemlos machen. Einer davon ist die \"Saftigkeit\" des Zopfes, denn es gibt nichts Schlimmeres als einen trockenen Zopf, seien wir mal ehrlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber wie macht man einen Zopf saftig? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Antwort ist einfach: mit einer saftigen F\u00fcllung! Die Nussf\u00fcllung sollte eine <em>streichf\u00e4hige Konsistenz<\/em> haben. Das macht den Zopf super saftig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich empfehle dir, diesen Schritt zu befolgen, denn ich habe das Rezept mit Blick auf die Zugabe von Sirup entwickelt. Du kannst den Zopf bis zu 1 Monat im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren.
