Weich und leicht im Inneren und mit einer super knusprigen Kruste, ist er ein Muss f\u00fcr meinen Sonntagmorgen-Brunch. Dadurch erh\u00e4lt er seine typische goldene Farbe. Nun, f\u00fcr den veganen Zopf verwenden wir pflanzliche Sahne, die das gleiche Ergebnis liefert (ich verwende die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alnatura.de\/de-de\/produkte\/alle-produkte\/milch-und-milchersatzprodukte\/milchersatz\/sojadrinks-sojaprodukte\/soja-cuisine-140890\/\">Alnatura Sojasahne<\/a> und sie funktioniert sehr gut).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"veganer-zopf-backen\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veganer Zopf backen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den Zopf perfekt zu backen, verwende ich die Methode, die uns eine der anerkanntesten K\u00f6chinnen der Schweiz beigebracht hat: Annemarie Wildeisen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wildeisen.ch\/rezepte\/ueber-nacht-sonntagszopf\">Ihre Methode<\/a> besteht darin, den Ofen erst einzuschalten wenn man den Zopf einschiebt. So wird verhindert, dass der Zopf Aromen von anderen Lebensmitteln aufnimmt. Du kannst den Zopf bis zu 1 Monat im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren.
