Mische einfach 500 g Mehl mit 250 ml Wasser, bis du einen klumpenfreien Teig erh\u00e4ltst. Du kannst aber auch ein Nudelholz verwenden. Sobald sie gefroren sind, gib sie in einen luftdichten Gefrierbeutel.
