Zuerst backen wir ihn, dann lassen wir ihn im geschlossenen Ofen ruhen, und dann lassen wir ihn im leicht ge\u00f6ffneten Ofen abk\u00fchlen. Wir tun dies, damit der Cheesecake langsam abk\u00fchlt. Auf diese Weise verhindern wir, dass er Risse bekommt. Beschleunige diesen Prozess also bitte nicht!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dein Cheesecake trotzdem Risse hat, kannst du ihn mit veganer Schlagsahne, Marmelade oder sogar frischem Obst belegen. Er wird auf jeden Fall k\u00f6stlich sein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-top-tipp\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Top-Tipp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der wichtigste Tipp, den ich geben kann, ist, diesen Cheesecake zuerst im Backofen und dann \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen zu lassen. Ich verstehe die Verf\u00fchrung, die Zeit zu verk\u00fcrzen, aber bei diesem Rezept ist Geduld der Schl\u00fcssel. Der Cheesecake braucht Stunden Ruhe, um die perfekte Konsistenz zu erreichen. Wenn du ihn nicht gen\u00fcgend lang ruhen l\u00e4sst oder zu fr\u00fch aus der Form nimmst, besteht die Gefahr, dass er seine Form nicht h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein zweiter Tipp: Serviere diesen K\u00e4sekuchen mit Beeren der Saison, veganer weisser Schokoladenganache, Marmelade oder einfach nur mit veganer Schlagsahne.
