Nimm ihn dann 5 Minuten vor dem Servieren aus dem K\u00fchlschrank, damit der Cheesecake die perfekte Konsistenz erreicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ausserdem empfehle ich, diesen Cheesecake mit einer Tasse Kaffee zu servieren. Das Kakaopulver verleiht ihm eine extra schokoladige Note, w\u00e4hrend die Beeren eine erfrischende Nuance hinzuf\u00fcgen.
