So kann ich sie, immer wenn ich Lust habe, am Tag davor aus dem Gefrierschrank nehmen, im K\u00fchlschrank auftauen lassen und am n\u00e4chsten Tag einfach ein paar Minuten in der Pfanne braten \u2013 und schon ist das Mittagessen fertig! Das Rezept ist also nicht nur lecker, sondern auch echt praktisch!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a7%be-zutaten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diese Kichererbsen-Schnitzel zu machen, benutze ich du nur wenige Zutaten. Schauen wir uns jetzt die Hauptzutaten an:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Kichererbsenmehl:<\/strong> Es ist der Star dieses Rezepts.
