Normalerweise bereite ich die Spiesse am Tag vorher zu und lasse sie \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank marinieren. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag heize ich den Grill vor und grille sie dann ein paar Minuten lang. Die schmecken einfach super.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Curry-Marinade bringt den Geschmack des Seitan richtig zur Geltung, so dass jeder Bissen saftig und lecker ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%a7%be-zutaten\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfe Zutaten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses Rezept benutze ich nur wenige Zutaten, die du wahrscheinlich schon zuhause hast. Diese sind die wichtigsten Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seitan:<\/strong> Ich verwende es, weil es den Spiessen eine \u00e4hnliche Textur wie traditionelle Spiesse verleiht und die Marinade gut aufnimmt, was sie richtig saftig und lecker macht. Ausserdem ist Seitan eiweissreich und einfach zuzubereiten, was f\u00fcr mich immer ein Pluspunkt ist. Du kannst mein <a href=\"https:\/\/carlocao.com\/de\/veganes-chicken-selber-machen\/\">veganes Chicken-Rezept<\/a> verwenden, um es selbst zuzubereiten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gew\u00fcrze<\/strong>: F\u00fcr die Marinade nehme ich Currypulver, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver und Knoblauchpulver. Currypulver gibt eine warme und aromatische Note, ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver sorgt f\u00fcr einen reichen, rauchigen Geschmack, und Knoblauchpulver bringt eine herzhafte W\u00fcrze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ahornsirup<\/strong>: Ich gebe etwas dazu, um der Marinade eine leichte S\u00fcsse zu verleihen. Das intensiviert den Geschmack und macht die Marinade noch besser.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rosmarin<\/strong>: Kein Gew\u00fcrz macht gegrillte Spiesse besser als frischer Rosmarin. Er bringt Frische und viel Geschmack rein. Die Spiesse auf den heissen Grill legen und f\u00fcr 6-7 Minuten grillen, dabei einmal wenden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83c\udf73 Expertentipp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier ist ein Tipp zum Grillen dieser Spiesse: Da die Marinade Ahornsirup enth\u00e4lt, ist es entscheidend, die Grilltemperatur zu kontrollieren. Wenn der Grill zu heiss ist, k\u00f6nnen die Zucker im Ahornsirup dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Spiesse schnell verbrennen. Stelle den Grill auf mittelhohe Hitze ein, um eine sch\u00f6ne Karamellisierung zu erzielen, ohne dass sie verbrennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ausserdem solltest du in Betracht ziehen, die Holzspiesse etwa 30 Minuten lang in Wasser einzuweichen, bevor du die Seitan-St\u00fccke aufspiesst. Dadurch verhinderst du, dass sie auf dem Grill verbrennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%f0%9f%92%ad-top-tipp\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcad Top Tipp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den Geschmack zu verst\u00e4rken, empfehle ich, die Spiesse mindestens einen Tag im Voraus zu marinieren und \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen zu lassen. So kann der Seitan die Marinade richtig aufsaugen, was die Spiesse richtig aromatisch und zart macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"%e2%9d%84%ef%b8%8f-aufbewahrung\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2744\ufe0f Aufbewahrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn du die veganen Spiesse aufbewahren m\u00f6chtest, lass sie nach dem Grillen erstmal auf Zimmertemperatur abk\u00fchlen. Sobald sie k\u00fchl sind, pack sie am besten luftdicht ein oder wickel sie gut in Folie oder Plastik ein, damit sie nicht austrocknen. Leg sie dann einfach in den K\u00fchlschrank, wo sie bis zu 3-4 Tage frisch bleiben.
