Alles, was wir tun m\u00fcssen, ist, Cashews, Sojamilch und die restlichen Zutaten in einen Mixer zu geben und zu p\u00fcrieren, bis eine glatte Creme entsteht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann giessen wir die Mischung in einen Topf, kochen sie, bis sie fest wird, wickeln sie in Backpapier oder Frischhaltefolie und lassen sie ein paar Stunden im K\u00fchlschrank abk\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mixer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit der vegane Mozzarella die perfekte Konsistenz hat, ist es wichtig, einen leistungsstarken Mixer zu verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn dein Mixer nicht leistungsstark ist, koche die Cashews 20 Minuten lang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So werden sie weich und lassen sich leicht p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"schritt-1-zutaten-puerieren\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schritt 1: Zutaten p\u00fcrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um den Cashew Mozzarella zuzubereiten, geben wir zun\u00e4chst alle Zutaten in einen Hochleistungsmixer und p\u00fcrieren (das ist meine Lieblingsvariante).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kannst ihn aber auch zum Belegen von <a href=\"https:\/\/carlocao.com\/de\/vegane-pizza-funghi-mit-pesto-und-rucola\/\">Pizzen<\/a> oder zum F\u00fcllen von <a href=\"https:\/\/carlocao.com\/de\/veganes-lasagne-rezept-mit-bolognese-und-bechamel-sauce\/\">Lasagne<\/a> oder <a href=\"https:\/\/carlocao.com\/de\/vegane-zitrone-ricotta-ravioli-mit-braune-butter-gebratenem-salbei-und-walnuesse\/\">Ravioli<\/a> verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sei dir nur bewusst, dass er nicht schmilzt.
