Es ist wichtig, vorgekochte Rote Bete zu vermeiden, damit der Braten seine realistische Farbe beh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tahini<\/strong>: Das ist mein Lieblingszutat, um dem Braten Fett hinzuzuf\u00fcgen, da es gesunde Fette enth\u00e4lt und den Geschmack des Gerichts verbessert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weisswein<\/strong>: Ich gebe gerne etwas Weisswein in die Br\u00fche f\u00fcr eine leichte S\u00e4ure und einen Geschmacksboost. Der Hochleistungsmixer ist perfekt, um die Rote Bete fein zu p\u00fcrieren und dem Roastbeef die perfekte Farbe zu verleihen. Br\u00fche und das Gem\u00fcse hinzuf\u00fcgen und f\u00fcr 90 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze mit halb geschlossenem Deckel k\u00f6cheln lassen. Dadurch wird er noch saftiger und fleischiger. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag erw\u00e4rme ich ihn einfach im Ofen bei 180\u00b0C f\u00fcr 20 Minuten, bevor ich ihn anschneide und serviere. Das Kneten aktiviert das Gluten und verleiht dem Braten die perfekte Konsistenz.
