Ansonsten kannst du Agavendicksaft, Apfelmus (lass in diesem Fall die Milch weg), Kokosbl\u00fctenzucker oder Melasse verwenden (diese beiden ver\u00e4ndern allerdings den Geschmack des Brotes leicht).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N\u00fcsse\/Samen<\/strong>: Du kannst sie einfach weglassen, wenn du eine Allergie hast oder sie nicht magst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vollkornmehl<\/strong>: Wenn dein Brot glutenfrei sein soll, kannst du eine im Laden gekaufte glutenfreie Alternative verwenden. Andernfalls kannst du glutenfreie Haferflocken zu Pulver mischen und dieses als Mehlersatz verwenden. Der Kuchen wird dann zwar nicht mehr so fluffig, aber er schmeckt trotzdem k\u00f6stlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"bananenbrot-servieren\"   class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bananenbrot servieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Bananenbrot kann zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck mit etwas veganer Butter und Marmelade oder als gesunder Snack zu einer heissen Tasse Kaffee serviert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich erw\u00e4rme es gerne kurz im Ofen oder in der Heissluftfritteuse und serviere es dann sofort. So verhinderst du, dass der Kuchen Aromen von anderen Lebensmitteln im Gefrierschrank aufnimmt. Du kannst den Kuchen bis zu 1 Monat lang im Gefrierschrank aufbewahren.
